The place was clean, the staff was super friendly, and we loved the rooms with very comfortable bedding.

I had a great stay! The hotel facilities were fantastic, and everything was very clean. The staff provided perfect service, especially during the citywide blackout. They were really nice and helpful. The location was also great, as it was close to other hotels and right alongside the river. The price was very reasonable too.

The room was spotless and well-appointed, complete with a coffee machine, large window, and really nice bedding. The staff were kind and the hotel's location near the airport is marvelous and convenient for both city center and work in Houston.

The came and knock on our room door at 12 midnight for no Reasson , and they did the same thing at 8 in the morning ..but everything else was perfect !

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay during Christmas. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, making sure all our needs were met. The convenient shuttle service helped us easily explore nearby locations, and the drivers were knowledgeable about the area.

The menu at the bar and restaurant was limited, and we found the prices to be quite high for the quality of the meals. Additionally, the rooms were outdated, and the bathroom was small and showed signs of mold/mildew.

There was a mistake in our booking between Booked.net and the hotel system whish was very embarassing, everything was very far from the hotel and the shuttle bus timing was very bad,we waited taxi for 2 hours to take us to the down town, the breakfast was poor and everyday the same thigs to eat.

The location near a wedding venue worked well for us. Pillows were comfy, and the room felt clean. A safe is provided. Lobby is nice, and the front desk was friendly. A security guard keeps vehicles safe in the parking garage.

There was a free shuttle bus that took me and my friend to the Galleria. The breakfast buffet was nice. The room was clean, but noisy.

The staff were surly and slovenly and unresponsive. The rooms were noisy as next to the freeway (should have more sound proof windows then). City taxis refused to go to this hotel or didn't know where it was. Cleaning staff ignored 'do not disturb' signs and were very noisy. Biggest problem was that it was in the middle of nowhere and I had to take the free shuttle bus (runs three times a day) to get to the Galleria and then take a taxi to anywhere else. The shuttle bus only travels in a 5mile radius.

Wonderful and clean hotel, the staff who served us were helpful, and it had STRATEGIC location near airport. Friendly services were available.
