I had a great stay at Sheraton Houston Brookhollow! the hotel facilities were fantastic, everything was very clean, and the staff provided perfect service, especially during the citywide blackout. They were really nice and helpful. the location was also great, close to other hotels and right alongside the river. the price was very reasonable too.

The rooms are a nice size with really nice bedding, so that guests have essentials. They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay during Christmas. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, making sure all our needs were met. The convenient shuttle service helped us easily explore nearby locations, and the drivers were knowledgeable about the area.

The menu at the bar and restaurant was limited, and we found the prices to be quite high for the quality of the meals. Additionally, the rooms were outdated, and the bathroom was small and showed signs of mold/mildew.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The lobby was welcoming and the front desk staff were warm and kind. The rooms, although a bit outdated, had really nice bedding and were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located, not far from the airport and with easy access to the Heights area and a few shopping centers.

Great service all the way! The room was big with a comfy king-size bed and a desk, perfect for those last-minute tasks. Also, loved the large window that let in lots of light. The staff here were really friendly and nice 😊.

our recent stay in houston was amazing thanks to sheraton. their fast elevators and excellent breakfast service made our one night stay convenient and enjoyable. we also loved the option to order food to our room and the convenient mini store for snacks. the cozy beds and friendly staff added to our great experience.
